To write the best, most informative articles on volunteering which volunteers can refer to when needed. To interview volunteers and volunteer organizations around the world to help spread the word and help accomplish their goals.

ABOUT AJ:

Hi, I’m AJ, author of most of the articles and posts on bestvolunteer.org. I’ve had the privilege to volunteer in the Philippines and in Costa Rica, and for most of my twenties, I worked with elementary school students in Los Angeles.

I have a motto that I like to live by, and it goes like this: Volunteering money to a good cause is great, however, volunteering your time is priceless. I hope that through the many wonderful volunteer organizations out there, you will be able to find one that fits you perfectly. We’ll promise to write about as many organizations and volunteer opportunities as possible to help guide you in the right step.

And remember, you don’t have to go half way across the world to make a difference. There are plenty of people in your community and in your neighborhood who could use a caring and helping hand!
